Cooler :

The cooler stabilizes the plaster evolution. Grelbex Gypsum™ offers two technologies :

The indirect rotating cooler, in which the air circulates in tubes in order to avoid contact between plaster and air and the fines blowing.

The air transfer plaster cooling, combining cooling and transfer to the storage silos by an important air flow.

Mixer :

The FMG technology allows the production of virtually the complete range of plasters, either directly from the kiln discharge, or by mixing with additives (for special plasters). The Grelbex Gypsum™ mixing unit includes plaster and additives storage silos, weighing hoppers and dosing systems feeding a Grelbex shoe mixer (MS series). The plaster so produced is delivered in bags (of any weight), in pots or in bulk.

ANYMIX™ mixing station for liquid floor.

The mixing unit takes care of the dosing of the various components (water, anydrite, colors, additives, sand,....) and their mixing through a specific software managing the recipies, the follow up of the fabrications and ensuring their tracability.
